My oppinion:
I haven't read it all of course ! (I just downloaded it a couple of days ago), anyhow, a dear friend advised me to use this reference. I've started reading the Cardio unit and found it truly fantastic: highly illustrated, simple lingo nevertheless very descriptive and coherent, easy to follow, and particularly useful for those seeking an "understanding" of the mechanisms of diseases..

The download size is ~25 MB.. it's worth it though

- I must say: The 2nd ed. is now available in the little book "expo" in the auditoria biulding, ground floor.. the price as I recall was ~2100 S.P
I did compare the 2nd ed. with the first n' found an additional chapter in the 2nd ed (1st ed: ~990 Pages, 44 Chapters // 2nd ed: ~1180 Pages, 45 Chapters).

- This download contains the chapters of the book in separate pdf files, ranging in size 400-900 KB, i.e., perfect for med freaks with genetic mutation of the "PDA Geek" kind
